Cindy Lonneman had an outstanding volleyball and basketball career at Minnesota Morris from 1979 to 1983. She was named All-NSIC in basketball in 1982-83 and was named to the MAIAW All-Tournament teams in volleyball in 1982 and in basketball from 1981-83. Three times during her playing career, the basketball team played in the NCAA III Midwest Regionals. 

She holds numerous basketball records at Minnesota Morris including the school record for points (1,949) and rebounds (1,447).
