University of Minnesota Morris Athletics

Dennis Clausen was a 1965 graduate of Minnesota Morris and a native of Morris. He was an outstanding basketball player who at one time held nearly every offensive record. Clausen's durability was exceptional. He was a regular in all but one game during his four-year career. 

After graduating from Minnesota Morris, Clausen received his doctorate in English from the University of California-Riverside and taught at the University of San Diego for more than 25 years. He has published books with Bantam Books and McGraw-Hill Book Company.
