Paul Martin has the rare distinction of being named an All-Conference Player of the Year in both the NSIC and UMAC. In 2001 he was named the NSIC Medalist, NSIC All-Conference and NSIC Golfer of the Year. Once Minnesota Morris made the transition to the UMAC, he performed just as well, earning all three of the same honors in 2003. He was also awarded the 2004 Arnold Henjum Award in 2004 for being the best male senior student-athlete at UMM for the year.
