University of Minnesota Morris Athletics

Randy Schwegel was an outstanding basketball player at Minnesota Morris from 1974-78. Both the 1976-77 and 1977-78 teams he was a part of were NIC champions and hold a UMM record with 12 conference wins. He was named to both the NIC All-Conference and NAIA District 13 teams in those two seasons, while also being named conference MVP in 1977 and an Honorable Mention All-American in 1978.
