Randy Rager graduated in 2000 with 162 collegiate wins, most all-time in NCAA Division II history. He won two Northern Sun Conference titles, nine individual championships and placed in 26 tournaments in his collegiate career. Rager also excelled in the classroom as he was a three-time Academic All-American. He is currently the head wrestling coach at Rochester Community and Technical College where he has guided the Yellowjackets to two NJCAA Division III national championships and he was recently recognized by his peers as the NJCAA Man of the Year.
